Many customers who purchase awaken chakra bracelets prefer the bracelets not to move around on the wrist.  Perhaps even stay in a specific order.  If you would like a looser fit, I suggest purchasing one size larger.

child  14.25cm/5.6"     fits wrist size up to 12.5cm/4.9" **not recommended for children who may take off and put in mouth**

small  16.25cm/6.4"   fits wrist size of  14.5cm/5.7"

med   17.75cm/7"       fits wrist size of 16cm/6.3" 

large  19.25/7.6"        fits wrist size of  17.5cm/6.9" **may need larger custom size for some men. please measure wrist.**
