Awaken: New Location & New Offerings

Dear Friends of Awaken,

Many of you may be hearing about and sensing "The Shift in Human Consciousness" taking place on the planet. As Owen Waters, the author of The Shift, states "The Shift is the spiritual and creative awakening of humanity....It means following your heart to express your inner joy through making your own meaningful contribution towards betterment of the world."

This past fall and winter have brought many profound awakenings and changes to me. These experiences have guided me to make a "shift" in the way in which I share my energy with others. I have decided to let go of the studio space in Waitsfield and bring Awaken to Warren beginning May 1st. I have a very cozy and peaceful studio on my property where I will be offering private & semi-private yoga instruction and restorative yoga/reiki sessions. I will also continue to offer private reiki sessions and instruction. This transformation of Awaken will be reflected on the website when the move occurs. All sessions will be by appointment. I live very close to the Four Corners at East Warren Rd/Roxbury Gap/Airport Rd. I can fit up to three people comfortably (2 or 3 people would be semi-private). If friends want to schedule a class or an ongoing class this would be possible. Hopefully this will make yoga classes available to people who have a difficult time coming to studio scheduled classes. The classes may also be tailored to your individual needs and requests. I am hoping to work with people who are interested in guidance developing personal practice. This will be offered as "Intuitive Yoga".

Rates at my new location will be as follows: Private Yoga: $24, Semi Private Yoga: $12 per person, Private Restorative Yoga & Reiki: $48, Semi Private Restorative Yoga & Reiki: $24 per person. All Yoga sessions are one and a quarter hour. Private Reiki Session: $45 per hour. Usui or Karuna® Reiki Instruction: $126 per level on instruction.

Awaken students who have 5 or 10 class cards with classes left may choose to either use the classes towards my new offerings or may request a refund for the value left on the card. We will not be selling anymore class cards.

There is a chance that someone may wish to take over the studio and classes would continue. Please spread the word and feel free to contact me if you are interested or know of someone who might be. As you know, it is a very inviting space to practice! Also, lots of props will be for sale at great prices. It is always nice to have a few available at home. I will email any information regarding where Awaken instructors will be offering classes.

I would like to thank from the depths of my soul - Lucy D'Aponte, Edgar & Laura Mesquita, Mela Brady, Cathe Neuberger, Nancy Spencer and, of course, Donna Boyle for coming into my life. I am so lucky to spend time with these Shining Beings! It has been my honor and joy to share yoga and friendship with all of you at Awaken. I am listening to my heart and I am excited to make this "Shift". I am grateful for the opportunity to have received the gift of love and wisdom from the beautiful people who come to Awaken.
