Restorative Yoga & Reiki Workshop with Nancy Spencer & Mary Ellen Alberti

Join us and invite your body, mind and spirit to relax and renew!

In this workshop Nancy Spencer will assist you into comfortable yoga postures using blankets and bolsters to support every part of your body. She will guide you to bring a gentle attention to your breath as you drift into stillness.Mary Ellen Alberti will offer Reiki healing. Thoughts will quiet and tension will soften as Life Force Energy is directed into the body deepening relaxation and aiding in the release of any holding of negative energy.

Fee for each workshop is $25.
